﹅ The shortlist
With March comes spring - a time of renewal and new beginnings. So for this reason, our shortlisted books for next month focus on the theme of Psychology & Personal Growth.
And, in a nod to International Women’s Day on the 8th of March - each of our nominated titles comes via a female author.
Here’s our March shortlist:

1. Mindset by Carol S. Dweck
This insightful book delves into the power of mindset, showing how believing that abilities and intelligence can be developed unlocks new approaches to challenges, learning, and success. Dweck breaks down the difference between fixed and growth mindsets, revealing how small shifts in thinking can drive meaningful progress in careers, relationships, and personal development.

What Bad Ass Bookshelf members are saying
In addition to weekly progress emails and the book club calls at the end of the month, we also have a Bad Ass Bookshelf community Discord channel.
If you’ve not heard of Discord or are a bit unsure, it is web app for sharing, chatting and collaborating not unlike Teams or Slack (but it’s way cooler and your boss won’t be there so it’s chill).
Each month we create a dedicated channel for members to chat about the book as they go. We also use it for introductions, book recommendations and important links and updates etc.
The conversation is already taking place over there, so why not join us today?
