Our November pick is…

Upstream
By Dan Heath

This month we’re reading Upstream by Dan Heath, and it promises to be an eye-opener! The book is all about how we can learn to stop problems before they happen, rather than constantly reacting to them once they do. Heath shares lots of real-life stories that make you think differently about the way you lead, work, and make decisions. It’s one of those books that changes how you see everyday challenges and gives you practical ideas you can actually use. We think you’ll love it.

Buy it now: You can listen to it on Audible or get the ebook on Kindle. If you’re buying a physical copy, please try to buy second-hand or from a local, independent store whenever possible. Otherwise, here’s a link to buy the book on Amazon.

Why you chose Upstream

Upstream by Dan Heath came out on top with half of the votes, followed by Hidden Potential by Adam Grant and Grit by Angela Duckworth. It was a close race, but Upstream pipped it to the post.
